Service Description

Include the whole family in exploring your barriers to better nutrition and identifying meal & snack-time strategies to ensure your family is eating right! Home visits are also available for a 10% additional charge and are subject to provider approval after an initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE that your appointment request is NOT officially confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Healthie, our patient portal. This email will also be followed by an invitation to complete some intake forms in your new patient account. Please complete these digital forms in advance of your appointment if possible to streamline the start of your session. Thank you! For cancellations, please email or call/text 724-989-0119 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointment no-shows and recurring late-cancellations can be subject to a $50 fee. All efforts are made to try to accommodate your schedule, so please be respectful of the time that's been reserved just for you! Appointments outside of normal business hours may be available upon request.
