Service Description

A comprehensive one-on-one assessment exploring all aspects of your health history, typical dietary patterns, eating preferences, lifestyle habits & other factors influencing your overall health and wellbeing. This initial session will jumpstart your journey to better nourishment by providing individualized diet recommendations and nutrition education to empower you to achieve your health goals.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE that your appointment request is NOT officially confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Healthie, our patient portal. This email will also be followed by an invitation to complete some intake forms in your new patient account. Please complete these digital forms in advance of your appointment if possible to streamline the start of your session. Thank you! For cancellations, please email or call/text 724-989-0119 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointment no-shows and recurring late-cancellations can be subject to a $50 fee. All efforts are made to try to accommodate your schedule, so please be respectful of the time that's been reserved just for you! Appointments outside of normal business hours may be available upon request.
